– All orders are usually dispatched within minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 7 days after receipt of payment, depending on the type of products ordered. In cases where you choose a future delivery date, the order will be shipped according to the chosen date.
– We ship orders through reputed national couriers with a tracking option. Based on the service chosen for delivery by our system, the tracking details will be shared with you, once the order is shipped.
– We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
– We take due care to package gifts according to their packaging requirement, to minimize the chance of damage in transit.
– You will most likely receive the order for your physical gifts order between 9AM and 7PM, Monday through Saturday. Delivery days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, pandemic containment measures, etc.
– Products ordered through the ‘same day delivery’ feature will be delivered between 6 PM and 11 PM on the chosen date, within 15 kms from Secunderabad, Telangana – 500 003.

– While we always try 100% to ensure deliveries on time, there could be delays due to weather, calamities and other unavoidable reasons that are beyond our control. In such cases, your surprise will be delivered at the earliest.
– In case of delay in delivery of your product due to the delivery pin code being in a COVID-19 containment zone (as updated by respective State/Central Government), we cannot assure when your order will be delivered. In such cases, no refunds or order cancellation will be allowed.
